These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TicketWaze website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). TicketWaze (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides an online platform that enables users to discover activities, purchase tickets, and enables organizers to create, manage, and sell tickets for activities. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use TicketWaze. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. TicketWaze is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
TicketWaze grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use automated systems without permission, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or infringes on the rights of others.
When you purchase a ticket through TicketWaze, you are entering into a transaction with the activity organizer, not TicketWaze. TicketWaze acts solely as a platform and intermediary for ticket distribution and payment processing. Activity details, pricing, refund policies, and entry conditions are determined by the organizer. You are responsible for reviewing activity information carefully before completing a purchase. All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated by the activity organizer or required by law. TicketWaze does not guarantee the occurrence of any activity and is not responsible for activity cancellations, postponements, venue changes, or organizer actions. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the organizer’s policies and payment processor timelines.
If you use TicketWaze as an activity organizer, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of your activity listings, the legality of your activity, compliance with applicable laws, and fulfillment of all obligations to attendees. You agree to honor ticket terms, pricing, refund policies, and activity descriptions as published on the platform. TicketWaze may charge service fees or commissions for organizer use of the platform. These fees are disclosed before publication or payout. TicketWaze reserves the right to withhold payouts in cases of suspected fraud, violations of these Terms, chargebacks, or legal requirements.
Payments on TicketWaze are processed through third-party payment providers. TicketWaze does not store full payment card information. You agree to comply with the terms of the applicable payment provider. TicketWaze is not responsible for errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party payment services. Service fees charged by TicketWaze are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Ticket prices, fees, and taxes may vary depending on the activity and location.
All content and materials available on TicketWaze, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to TicketWaze and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written consent from TicketWaze. By submitting content to the platform, including activity descriptions, images, or other materials, you grant TicketWaze a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.
You agree not to use TicketWaze for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or harmful purposes. This includes creating fake activity, selling invalid tickets, engaging in chargeback abuse, transmitting malicious code, harassing other users, or violating any applicable laws or regulations. TicketWaze reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts, without prior notice.
TicketWaze may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the platform or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time by closing your account. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. TicketWaze makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or suitability of the Service. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TicketWaze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. TicketWaze is not liable for disputes between attendees and activity organizers, activity cancellations, or third-party actions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TicketWaze, its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
The Service may include links to third-party websites or services. TicketWaze does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where TicketWaze is legally registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
TicketWaze may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Last updated: 01 Jan, 2026.
